Boston Manor Tennis Club (BMTC) is situated in the middle of Boston Manor Park and is surrounded by trees including some recently planted in the park’s refurbishment scheme. You would not know that you are so close to the M4 flyover in this tranquil surroundings. The park is the receiver of the Green Flag Award for excellence for 17 consecutive years.  
  
BMTC has 3 tennis courts, which were re-surfaced in 2023 and offer some of the best surfaces in the borough. They offer superb drainage, ensuring play can take place soon after rain. The lighting installations were successfully completed as part of the enhancement works in 2012, and like the re-surfacing, were funded by the club. We are currently exploring an upgrade of the lights as well as a switch to an all-electronic and digital booking and gating system.  
  
BMTC aims to provide a tennis club open to all at a reasonable price. Over the years the club has built up an enthusiastic group of players drawn from the local community including students and businesses and is particularly popular with families. BMTC is a non-profit making club with all membership income and funds raised re-invested in the club, and contributing towards the upgrade, maintenance and improvement of the tennis facilities. 
  
Membership is limited to 250 people each year on a ‘first come, first served’ basis to give everyone a fair chance to play. If you’re interested in joining, please drop our membership secretary Linda an email on [email protected] 

  
BMTC has a number of fully qualified tennis coaches, who provide services to children and adults throughout the year. These include weekly group lessons, after school sessions, holiday camps and individually tailored one-to-one sessions. Please contact the coaches direct for more information, or see the court noticeboard for more information. The club’s AGM is normally held in April each year, and we would welcome any member who is interested in helping with the running of the club or organising social or fund raising events. See you on the court !
